Welcome to our
website! We are a First Section Brass Band based in the town of Wigston
in Leicestershire.
After a successful few years in the second section, including a visit to
the National Finals at Harrogate and winning the LBBA contest in
November, we were promoted to the First section from January 2007.
Formed in 1902, the
band are still going strong 105 years later, based in the Congregational
Church Hall in South Wigston, the band is proud to be at the heart of the
communities in both South Wigston and Wigston Magna.
