The Wigston Enterprise Band was formed in 2007 and continues a long tradition of feeder bands for The Wigston Band. The Wigston Enterprise Band enjoy entering numerous contests as an ensemble and as soloists as well as playing multiple concerts at local venues and running workshops at local primary schools. We aim to make banding accessible to people of all ages in our local community and to be a key part of Wigston life.

For an affordable subscription, The Wigston Enterprise Band offers players:
- the loan of an instrument
- the chance to play with other people
- music tuition from experienced musicians opportunities for competing and concert performances.
From the Enterprise Band players may eventually join
The Wigston Band who play and compete at a very high level throughout the country.
