A free event to introduce children to Brass Banding is being held at Wigston Academy (previously Abington Academy) on the 19th September at 5pm – see the attached flyer for more details.

A super day for The Wigston Band Organisation at Wood Farm Entertainment Contest! Not only did we enjoy the sunshine and the wonderful beers, but also added to our silverware collection! Well done to Enterprise Band for a great 3rd place amongst a field of very experienced competitors. Also, the senior band earned us a double with a fine 3rd place. Now on to the summer concert season

The draw has been announced for the Wood Farm Brewery Contest on May 16th. Times for our Enterprise Band and Senior Bands are below.

The event is an Entertainment Contest and will be a good day out – see attached poster for more details.
